Accommodation

  • Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway is the Conference Hotel for ACEPS-13. The Conference Banquet will be held at this Hotel on January 12, 2026.

    You are free to book other hotels in the vicinity; however, we will not be able to provide transport facilities from those hotels between the Conference Venue and the Airport.

  • Guests’ Lists @ JVH, CVH, and MGH.  
  • Students/Post-Docs from India (ONLY) will be allocated rooms on a shared basis at the Academy Fellows Residency OR Jawahar Visitors House.

  • For those staying at AFR/JVH, please note that breakfast (Jan 12-14, 2026)  will be arranged at the Chemical Sciences Building (CSB-IISc, 3rd Floor). Organizers will arrange for bus pick-up and drop-off from ARF. As the Jawahar Visitors House (JVH), is located inside the campus, transportation will be provided only in the morning. All Coffee/Tea, Lunch, High Teas, and Dinner will be at the conference site. The dinner on 13/01/26 will be held at the JVH lawns.
  • No wifi is available at AFR. 
  • There are NO technical presentations on January 11, 2026, Please note that accommodation at various Guest Houses is from January 11-14, 2026. Please arrive preferably on January 11, 2026.
