- Please make full payment as per the above link. There are no registration fee waivers nor refunds under any participant category. Portal closes on Dec 09, 2025 at 00:00 Hours.
- Researchers include Faculty, Scientists OR Anyone at a Permanent Position in Academia/National R&D Lab.
- Indian students working abroad fall under Overseas Student Category.
- Registration includes access to all Sessions, Tea/Coffee Breaks, Lunches, and High-Teas.
- A paid-Banquet will be on Jan 12, 2026, at the Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway. This is optional however, this will also be a great networking opportunity with fellow speakers and participants.
- There will also be another dinner on Jan 13, 2026 held at IISc Gymkhana Grounds. All participants are welcome to join this dinner.
